Shell Launcher processes the Run and RunOnce registry keys before starting the custom shell, so your custom shell doesn’t need to handle the automatic startup of other applications and services. Not all program files will be visible in Startup Folder. Identify the program you want to remove from the Startup Folder, right-click and select Delete.
